李平先生关注数字创新技术和创意内容、数字游戏、数字影视、数字商务、数字教育、企业数字化、数字城市、数字健康等国际项目合作。他积极推动国际多媒体协会联盟的多媒体与数字媒体产业全球合作平台，相继与各国际机构开展合作，包括:联合国贸发大会、联合国教科文组织、联合国工业发展组织、联合国经济与社会理事会、世界知识产权组织、英联邦、法语国家国际组织、美洲国家组织、非洲联盟委员会、国际文化多样性联盟、国际数字媒体与艺术协会、国际无线通信协会、国际游戏开发商协会、国际电影制作商协会、国际出版商协会、德国综合电视视频协会、美国互动艺术与科学研究院等。他是近年连续四届世界多媒体与互联网峰会的主要筹办人。他同时担任国际文化产业论坛主席（国际）、《文化蓝皮书：世界文化产业年度报告》（由社会科学院出版社出版）编辑委员会副主任、世界对华交流协会会长、英联邦-中国商贸理事会会长等。他拥有加拿大麦吉尔大学的比较文学硕士学位。
As the CEO of FIAM/IFMA, Mr. Ping Li is focusing on opportunities in digital innovation and creative contents, digital game, digital film and online TV, digital business, digital education, digital enterprises, digital cities, digital health, etc.. He is actively promoting the FIAM’s global platform, networking with UNCTAD, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNDP, UN ECOSOC, WIPO, as well as the Commonwealth, La Francophonie, OAS, AUE, as well as iDMAa, WCAI, IGDA, FIAPF, ITVA, IPA, AIAS, etc. He is one of main players for organizing the 4th WSIM, the 5th WSIM, the 6th WSIM and the 7th WSIM. He is also the President (International) of International Cultural Industry Forum, the Vice-Chairman of the Editorial Committee for Blue Book on Culture: Annual Report on World Cultural Industries, and the President of World China Network Association (WCNA), and the President of Commonwealth-China Business Council (CCbC). He holds a MA in comparative literature from McGill University in Montréal.
