高志球，研究员，男，1965年11月生。1988年南京气象学院获大气物理专业学士学位，留校任教；1995年7月南京气象学院获大气物理专业硕士学位；1999年7月于中国科学院兰州高原大气物理研究所获大气物理专业博士学位；1999-2000年于韩国延世大学进行博士后研究，2001-2004于中国气象科学院任副研究员，其中2001-2002年在美国研究生院做高级访问学者，2002-2004年被聘为美国研究生院副研究员；2004年11月回国后至2005年12月于中国气象科学院任研究员，中国气象局大气成分观测与服务中心首席研究员。先后参加或主持韩国科技部，美国国防部，以及我国国家自然科学基金委、国家科技部973项目等等。研究方向为大气边界层物理，以及海-气、陆-气相互作用。
