陈明星
男，1982年9月生，安徽省巢湖市人，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员，博士生导师，中国科学院大学岗位教授，现任中国科学院区域可持续发展分析与模拟重点实验室副主任。主要从事城镇化与区域发展研究。先后发表了学术论文80余篇，多篇论文入选高被引论文，参编著作10余部。荣获国家基金委优青、全国青年地理科技奖、吴传钧人文与经济地理优秀论文一等奖、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员、中科院地理资源所 “秉维优秀青年人才计划”等奖励。兼任PLOS One、热带地理、中国地理与资源国情快报等期刊编委，Nature Sustainability等30余种SCI/SSCI期刊论文审稿人。2013年8月，赴中南海参加了李克强总理主持召开的中国科学院、中国工程院城镇化研究成果汇报会。
研究方向
（1）新型城镇化与区域发展模式；
（2）城镇化与国土空间规划；
（3）城镇化与全球变化。
