嘉宾简介

孟早明先生自2004年开始从事碳排放权交易，曾担任国家发改委宏观院援外培训班绿色低碳讲师、多地省发改委组织的重点企业碳排放及核查培训班、北京环交所“注册碳交易员”高级课程培训班及碳中和讲座授课老师。

孟先生编著的《中国碳排放权交易实务》被多个省市主管部门和大型企业集团选定为培训教材。他主持了《合肥市低碳发展规划》，参与了安徽省发改委《碳排放配额管理及清缴制度设计研究》、《温室气体排放基础统计体系研究》、《温室气体排放特征及控排路径研究》，以及无锡市发改委《“十四五”时期全面加快绿色循环发展的思路研究》等课题。

孟先生还曾担任比尔梅琳达·盖茨基金会下属碳基金首位中国区项目经理，管理过十几个清洁发展机制（国际碳交易）项目。

Zaoming MENG

General Manager of Beijing Peace Carbon Environmental Technology Ltd.

Since 2004, Mr. MENG has been involved in the carbon trading for 17 years. In March 2010, he co-founded Beijing Peace Carbon Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. He was invited as the regular speaker for the training organized by Academy of Macroeconomic Research under National Development and Reform Commission and relevant organizations on CDM projects development and carbon asset management with Asia, Africa and Latin foreign-aid training courses. He is also the training lecturer in several relevant fields, such as carbon emission and verification of key emission entities of Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province, advanced course of Registered Carbon Trader of Beijing Environmental Exchange and Carbon Neutrality.

He authored the book titled ‘The Practice of China’s Carbon Emission Trading’ as the first author, which was published by Chemical Industry Press in Jan 2017. This book was selected as one of training materials by several administrative authorities of Climate Change and large-scale enterprise groups. He took charge of key research programs entrusted by Anhui Provincial DRC, including Hefei Low Carbon Development Plan, Research on Carbon Allowances Management and Settlement Mechanism of Anhui Province, Basis Statistics System Research on Anhui GHG Emission, Research on Characteristics and Control Path of Anhui GHG Emission, as well as Research on Accelerating Green & Circular Development Strategies for Wuxi City in the 14th Five-Year Period which was entrusted by Wuxi Municipal DRC.
