主讲人简介：
2003年7月进入中国城市规划设计研究院工作，历任工程师、高级工程师，现任城市交通研究分院副院长、深圳分院副院长，教授级高级工程师。同时兼任全国城市道路交通文明畅通提升行动计划专家组成员，全国道路交通管理标准委员会委员，中国国土经济学会国土交通综合规划与开发(TOD)专业委员会专家，广东省城市规划协会交通专业委员会副主任委员，深圳市勘察设计协会常务理事，北京工业大学、北京建筑大学兼职研究生导师，《城市交通》杂志编委等社会职务。主持和参加交通规划、交通设计项目60余项，科研项目10余项，获得过国家级优秀规划设计一等奖2次、二等奖5次；省部级优秀规划设计一等奖7次、二等奖3次，获得省科技进步三等奖1次，以第一发明人身份获得国家发明专利1项。

Car Drivers’Opinions regarding Design Elements of Parking Facilities

主讲人简介：
Peter van der Waerden has been working in transportation planning for more than 30 years. He obtained his academic degree in 1988 at the Utrecht State University in Utrecht, The Netherlands. His project was the beginning of many studies dealing with various aspects of parking such as car drivers’ parking space choice behavior, the composition of parking guidance systems, and the provision of parking information in car navigation systems. Peter presented results of the studies in journals and at international conferences. Peter is responsible and involved in many courses related to the Geographical Information System, Traffic Engineering, Urban Plans, and Basic Techniques in Urban Planning. Peter also gives courses regarding Traffic Engineering at School of Transportation Studies at Hasselt University in Belgium where he also supervises several master students. Peter provided guest lectures concerning (Transportation) Planning at the Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble (France) and the University of Minho in Braga (Portugal).
