1998年进入南华期货负责公司研究团体的建设，在南华研究所期间，领导编制了全国首个商品期货指数，该指数现已在行业中取得相当的地位，被三家期货交易所推荐为中国商品期货市场的基准指数。

He is in charge of research team building for Nanhua since 1998. During his career in Nanhua research department, he created the first commodity futures index in China which wins a high position in the industry and is now recommended as benchmark index of China commodity futures market by three futures exchanges.

Entered the futures industry in 1993, with over 10 years’working experience on futures, have been in charge of market department / investment department, he understand deeply about the operating of futures market. Since 2005, he had been awarded as Shanghai Exchange’s most outstanding analyst on metal continuously for 6 years / won the title of excellent analyst on the state analyst selection held by Securities Times continuously for 3 session, and his futures research department had been awarded as the best research team.
