主要从事行政事业单位财务管理、内控建设、政府会计准则实施工作。在《中国博物馆》《东南文化》《文博学刊》《财会通讯》等刊物发表论文10余篇。主持或主要参与《博物馆文物文化资产管理体系构建研究》《博物馆全面预算绩效管理研究》《行政事业单位内部控制建设实施情况与成效研究》《双目标导向下政府会计双体系平行记账实现机制研究》等多项课题。担任财政部政府会计准则委员会咨询专家、湖南省财政厅政府会计咨询专家、湖南省人事厅高级会计师职称评审专家、湖南省会计学会理事、湖南省财政厅政府采购评审专家、湖南省发改委政府采购评审专家。兼任湖南大学研究生校外导师。
