谢振东，生于1966年，控制理论与控制工程博士，信息与通信工程博士后，教授级高级工程师，博士生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。广州市公共交通集团大数据总监、广州羊城通董事长、总经理，广州智慧公共交通联合创新研究院院长，粤港澳大湾区自动驾驶产业联盟理事长，国家科技部首批13 名全国智能交通系统咨询专家委员，住建部数字城市专家委员会委员，广东省智能交通协会的专家委员会副主任。承担过国家、省、市科技攻关项目20余项，在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文60多篇，出版学术专著10部，获国家、省、市科技奖项10项。
Xie Zhendong, born in 1966, has degrees of doctor in Control Theory and Control Engineering, post-doctor of Information and Communication Engineering. Besides, he is a senior engineer of professor-level, doctoral supervisor, recipient of special government allowances under the State Council.
Served as director of Guangzhou Public Transport Group Big Data Platform, chairman and general manager of Guangzhou Yangchengtong Co.,Ltd; director of Guangzhou Intelligent Public Transport Joint Innovation Research Institute; director of Autonomous Driving Industry Alliance in Greater Bay Area; one of the first 13 national intelligent transportation system advisory expert committee members of the Ministry of Science and Technology; a member of the Digital City Expert Committee under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; deputy director of Experts' Committee of Guangdong Intelligent Transportation Association.
Over the years, he has undertaken more than 20 national, provincial and municipal science and technology research projects, published more than 60 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals, published 10 academic monographs, and won 10 national, provincial and municipal science and technology awards.
