现任上海市创业投资行业协会会长，兼任上海鼎嘉创业投资管理公司名誉董事长。华先生着力构建起了上海的创业投资网络，在1992年组

建了上海科技投资公司，1999年组建了上海创业投资公司并担任总裁至2005年。在此期间，逐渐形成了以上海创业投资公司为核心的上

海创投网络，其中国际国内基金16个，资金规模达3.5亿美元。华先生曾在上海市科学技术委员会担任主任职务近十年，谙熟国内的科技产

业布局和宏观发展态势，对创业投资有十余年的研究和实践，倾力扶持了一大批国内高科技企业，在政府、科技、产业、教育和金融界具有

广泛的人脉。
