Executive economist, expert of outstanding achievement awarded by the state council of China, benefit from special government allowance, certified executive world business strategist of WBSA, general director of the fourth and fifth session of ZCE ( Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange ). He had took the positions of vice director of Henan commission of economic restructuring and director of Henan securities supervision office, director of Henan special commission of CSRC, secretary of the Party committee of China Shenma Group ( which is a super state-owned enterprise ), Chairman of Shenma Industry Co., Ltd.
