田志刚 教授，博导，2001年创建免疫所并任所长。国家杰青获得者，基金委创新群体负责人，中国工程院院士。基础医学院院长，免疫学研究所所长，中国科学院天然免疫与慢性疾病重点实验室主任。中国免疫学会监事长（曾任中国免疫学会理事长）、国际免疫学联盟执委、中国科协全国委员会委员，国际科学理事会中国委员会（ISC-CHINA）委员。以通讯作者在Cell、Nat Immunol、Immunity、J Clin Invest等发表SCI论文300余篇。第一完成人获国家自然科学二等奖（2008）。
主要研究兴趣：NK细胞新亚群发现、肝脏NK细胞、基于NK细胞的新型免疫治疗及产品研制。
