魏海明，中国科学技术大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师，党委书记、副院长；中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部常务副书记、副部长；2001年进入免疫所。中国免疫学会常务理事、肿瘤免疫与生物治疗专委会副主任委员，生殖免疫专委会副主任委员，安徽省免疫学会理事长。主持国家重点研发计划重点专项1项，基金委重点项目5项，863课题2项，973课题2项，国家新药创制重大专项1项。以通讯作者在Nat Immunol、Immunity、Cell Metab等发表SCI论文50余篇。
主要研究兴趣：
NK细胞亚群与重要疾病发生发展的关系；生殖免疫学，研究组织居留NK细胞（ThNK）与肿瘤、肝炎、哮喘、自身免疫病等疾病的发生发展；基于天然免疫的肿瘤生物治疗技术。
主要在研课题：国家重点研发项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、中国科学院先导项目。
