黄健花,女,汉族,1980年11月生,江苏启东人,江南大学副教授,食品学院硕士生导师,2011年起招收硕士生。【JianhuaHuang, born in November, 1980 inQidong, Jiangsu, China. She is now an associate professor and mater supervisorin Schoolof Food Science and Technology, Jiangnan University. From 2011,associate Prof. Huang was approved as the master supervisor】
以第一作者(或责任作者)在国际SCI刊物上发表了12篇论文;申报了25项国家发明专利(6个已获授权)。参与的项目获中国商业联合会特等奖1项、一等奖1项,中国食品工业协会科学技术一等奖1项,江苏省科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖1项,中国轻工业联合会科技进步奖二等奖1项,教育部科学技术进步二等奖1项。【Associate Prof. Huang has published 12 SCI journal papers as as a corresponding author or first author. As main inventor, the 6 applied invention patents from her group have already been authorized by the Chinese National Intellectual Property Bureau. The projects participated in by associate Prof. Huang were granted seven awards from government and professional associations, including two awards from China General Chamber of Commerce, an award from China National Food Industry Association, two awards from Jiangsu Province Government, anaward from China National Light Industry Council, an award from ministry of education】
