中国船舶工业综合技术经济研究院院长助理，服务设计工程国际联合实验室主任。
作为中国设计业十大杰出青年、大型军工央企中船集团的服务设计专业带头人，率先将服务设计引入大型制造业，在国际上首次提出“服务设计工程”的学科概念，构建了服务设计工程核心方法论“功能+服务”双主线模型，被中文核心期刊纳入设计学原创理论；联合国内外顶尖高校与科研机构，牵头组建国内首个“服务设计工程国际联合实验室”，打造服务设计在工程领域的开放式创新平台；承研军科委智能化方舱医院、工信部邮轮专项等多项科研课题，研发了填补国内空白的多项技术与产品；将服务设计工程方法应用于大型邮轮、医疗、建筑、装备保障等多个赛道，创造了良好的经济效益与社会效益。

As China’s top ten outstanding young people in design industry and the professional leader in service design of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, a large-scale military central enterprise, he took the lead in introducing service design into large-scale manufacturing, and proposed the concept of “service design engineering” for the first time in the world, and established service design engineering the core methodology “function & service” innovative model, which was incorporated into the original theory of design by Chinese core journals; united with top universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad, and led the establishment of the first domestic “Service Design Engineering International Lab” to create the open innovation platform of service design in the engineering field; undertook to research a number of scientific research topics such as the intelligent shelter hospital of the Military Science and Technology Commission and the cruise special project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and developed a number of technologies and products that fill the gaps in the country; applied service design engineering methods to large cruise ships, medical, construction, equipment support and many other markets, which created good economic and social benefits.
