The Model of Distinguishing Core Employees of Enterprise

Abstract: There are several problems in distinguishing core employees based on the Leader-member Exchange Theory in practice. The reasonable model of distinguishing core employees is as follows. First, understand the conception of core Employees and establish the standard of distinguishing core employees. Second, choose the technique of distinguishing core employees from the modern way of appraising human resources. Finally, modify the list of core employees according to the change of enterprise and employee.
