1.食源性诺如病毒（Norovirus）的地域分布、基因多样性、基因重组、进化、环境传播、流行特点、检测、溯源与风险评估；
2.噬病毒体（Virophage）的环境分布规律、多样性特点与进化，噬病毒体-巨病毒（Giant virus）-单细胞真核绿藻三重侵染寄生互作关系；
3.海洋古菌病毒的多样性特点、时空分布规律、进化关系；
4.对虾白斑病病毒（WSSV）、致病性弧菌与宿主的互作与防控；
5.蟹肠道微生物功能组学。
